Report Server without using Oracle Tools.

Hi,
We have a financial application (developping with C++ and MS SQLServer7).
I'd like send my reports to a report server (Oracle has one)to unload
the PC client, but we don't use the oracle tools to write the reports.
Is it possible to use
Report Server (Oracle) to do this ???
