George,

I presume you've searched for "ndwoa40.dll" and its in the directory its supposed to be in. Mine has a modification stamp of 10/29/1998 10:12 AM. Your messages look like there's a problem with this file. Hate to suggest it, but maybe you need to uninstall and reinstall OAS to be sure this file is uncorrupted. Alternately, do you have 128 MEG of RAM on your machine? Maybe its just running out of available memory.

Hopefully one of the GURU's watching this newsgroup will jump in any time now and help. I've never gotten OAS 4.07 to run on my machines. We use NT service pack 4.0. Oracle says I should upgrade to 4.0.8 and install NT service pack 5.0. Unfortunately, I don't feel like getting ahead of the rest of the company what with our Y2K freezes and all.

Good luck and keep us posted.
