I would suggest also that you look at the Oracle products. They have three reporting tools that range from simple static reports (Oracle Reports), ad hoc analysis (Oracle Discoverer) to full multidimensional Analysis (Oracle Express products). They all are able to publish to the web.

Given your requirements don't bother looking at Express but check out Reports and Discoverer.
