Rational Rose 98i - DDL generation any good?

Hi,
has anyone used Rose to actually develop a data model and spit out Oracle DDL? How does Rose stack up to tools like Designer/2000 or DataArchitect? How much tweaking of the final DDL was required? Is there support for defining things like foreign key constraints, ie. cascade delete vs. restricted?
