Oracle Designer 2.1.2 will allow you to reverse engineer the schema into designer then you can look at it with the schema diagrammer, doa table to entity retrofit and then look at is in an ERD.
The Table diagrammer is avery good tool for seeing the key relationships and look very much like an ERD.
