Handling multiple form in Forms5.0 Runtime

Hi all,
I am using Forms5. The first form is used to open other forms (it has buttons to open other forms). There is no problem in opening other forms. but when i minimize one form the other one automatically maximizes( the one from the other running forms ). I want the user to be able to minimize all the forms so he can maximize the form which he wants (not the automatic maximizing of forms). Any help or advice will be highly apreciated. thanx in advance,
