Anybody recall Designer 1.3.2?

I am wondering how you implement a trigger that fires after say an Update in a Form. I am moving an older application (Forms 3.0) to Designer. Do you make another module, manually add the trigger after generating the form (not what I want to do), etc?

I am planning to upgrade to the latest version of Designer, but I must get this App in production this week. ...Horse and the cart...
