Pb in capturing comments in Designer 2000

Can anybody help me:
I need to build ERD diagram from an existing database schema.
During the design all tables and columns were documented with COMMENT ON.
The problem is :
I need to see on the diagram instead of names of tables and columns their
comments. I don't know how to do it.
