Using FFI in Developer/2000 2.1

Hello everybody
I try to use ORA-FFI in Developer/2000 2.1 in
order to Read and Write values from and to an ini file. I have used the code
from the example for ORA-FFI from help that does this job, but there are to
problems.
a) The API calls are for 16-bit windows (3.1x)
which i've overcomed replacing them with the new calls for 32-bit Windows
(95/NT).
b) When i call the dispatcher funtion for the
API call I get an internal error. This is my MAJOR problem.
Can anyone help?
