ProC hangs during Connect in a multithreaded program

My ProC programs hangs on connect - EXEC CONNECT... in a multithreaded environment. It hangs after the call to sqlcxt(). My platform is Solaris 2.7. When I use truss to look at the ptrogram, the last call was lwp_sema_wait.
