Upgrading Forms3 to Forms4.5 - procedure ... not found for copying or referencing

[Quoted] Copied the inp file to my C drive and tried Forms generator to upgrade the form from v3 to v4.5, and got this error. Now I really only need the form converted, and want any errors ignored as we know we'll be working on converting it anyway. So how do I get round this?
