installing oracle application server

[Quoted] I'm trying to install Oracle Application Server 4 on WIn NT but it seem hard [Quoted] to work. After installation, I reboot my machine and than I do the postinstallation operation, thus I try to start all the service as the documentation explain.
I receive this message:
Please wait while the command is being processed on host oraclei ... Starting ORB processes...Returning filename C:\ORANT\orb\admin\.event waiting for ORB to be ready...
ORB is not responding. Please restart manually... OWS-20214: The OAS processes can not be started, because the CORBA orb processes can not be started.
Any suggestion?
