Designer211 problem generating forms: CF50G32.DLL

Hi everobody,
I'm running Designer 2.1.1 on Win95 and Personal Oracle 8.0.4 I have a problem with generating modules (forms) from design editor. When I try to generate a form, I get an alert:

I'm running Designer 2.1.1 on Win95 and Personal Oracle 8.0.4 I have a problem with generating modules (forms) from design editor. When I try to generate a form, I get an alert:
CDI-23564: "D:\orawin95\bin\CF50G32.DLL" could not be loaded or does not exist.
There is some kind of patch on installation CD, it consists of
several dll-s (including CF50G32.DLL), and it says that all you do is
copy these files into oracle_home\bin directory.
But it still doesn't work.
What should I do, is there a way to solve the problem?
Or, is there any patch available to upgrade Designer to 2.1.2?
I'd appriciate Your help...
