Q: fberror.hlp NOT full?

Hello,
i got an error frm-30442. i tried to search for info on this error in
/Tools/Doc20/fberror.hlp file. but among thousands of other frm error pages,
there was non on 30442.
so where can i find a full description of all oracle errors?
