Hi,

We had a similar problem after migrating to 8.0.5 - our Forms 4.5.7 applications were reporting invalid rowid. It seems that the format of rowid has changed. The solution was to upgrade to version 4.5.10.

There should be a similar patch for Forms 3, so I would suggest you contact Oracle.
