Rob,
look for bug 768386 on the Oracle site. If you are using Oracle on NT 4.0 with SP 4 or 5, youŽll need to get this patch to correct a problem with a DLL that works only with SP 3. If you canŽt find the file, mail me and if I still have the patch file I can send it to you.
