PL/SQL wrapper utility usage

When I tried to wrap a pl/sql package body, I issued the following command: $wrap iname=OMpg.pb

When I tried to wrap a pl/sql package body, I issued the following command: $wrap iname=OMpg.pb
But, I received the following error message:
'PL/SQL wrapper error: Couldn't open input file ompg.pb'
I am sure ompg.pb is the correct filename, and is in the current directory. I
tried to wrap a little sql script file abc.sql
and I issued the command $wrap iname=abc.sql , the result was successful.
What's wrong with the package?
