URGENTLY NEEDED ANSWER : Transform from Forms 5.0 into Forms 4.5

I would be very gratefull if anyone could help me to solve the problem below:

        I have many forms made in FORMS 5.0 (that works).
        My client, actually, need to run these forms on Forms 4.5. I

tried to use "Runtime Compatibility

    Mode 4.5", but the 4.5 runtime refuses to work with these codes. The problem is that client wants to have both sources and codes in Forms 4.5.

Is there anyone who can help me ?
