HELP: Does this document REALLY exist ? (R30MTSUS.HTM)

The D2K 2.1 printed documentation is always refering to the R30MTSUS.HTM file. I don't have it under my windows 95 installation tree, nor do I have it under my solaris ORACLE_HOME.
