sqlcheck=semantics problem

I have bin the pro*c to the microsoft vc++ and using the ccompile and run buttons unter mfc tool, because the default value for sqlcheck ist not semantics, and I can't set it in the code,(command line higher als in line) can anyone tell me how to set the sqlchek to semantis in the commandline under vc?
