Designer 2k failed when executing "Design Editor"

    I am follow the Designer 2k tutorial and failed when I tried to execute "Design Editor" in order to generate table from server mode. I got a error message:

"CDI - 23564: "C:\orant\bin\DWCCMC20C.DLL could not be loaded or does not exit. Please check that product has been installed correctly."

I checked that DLL , which indeed over there. I checked the Designer Help about "CDI-23564" error message, which says there may be an entry in Registry is missing.

Anyone knows what entry is missing, I think it may be a predefined string, withthe value "Oracle_Home\bin\DWCCMC20C.DLL ", since I found lot string:value pairs in Registry.

My configuration is: WindowNT wks, Oracle 8.05 Enterprise Server and Designer 2k.
