Oracle with PVCS

Does anyone out there use Oracle with PVCS ? We're trying to set up Forms 4.5 to work with PVCS 6.0.10 but cannot get the menu items under File -> Administration -> Check in or Check out. The registry entry DEV2000_SOURCECONTROL has been set to PVCS. Any ideas ?
