form 5.0 hang !! help !!

Dear all:

I have a application written in Forms 5.0.6.16.0, when I retrieve a little more rows ( about 3000-4000 rows) then I press <page down> key to view the retrieve data sequently , BUT IT IS ALWAYS DOWN WHEN I PRESS THE <PAGE DOWN> KEY FOR ABOUT 20 TIMES, that I can only view 20 pages of data.

is there anyone had the same experience ? any information will be greatly appreciated.
