In reviewing this for our app, we found that the rowid format change was not an issue because we never did any analysis on the contents (using the substr command, ie). Also, I am not aware of any patch regarding the rowid, but there are 2 patches available from the ftp site, ftp://209.246.5.40/dev_tools/patchsets/dev2k/Win95NT/6.0/ (I think...)
