JDeveloper won't run.

Three PCs here are exhibiting the same problem here. We've installed JDeveloper 2.0 on them from a CD, selecting all the options. Unfortunately, when we try to run JDeveloper (JDK 1.2) it falls over. The only clue is the message "Unable to Start Java VM for JDeveloper".

I assume it's just a matter of setting something but can't determine what. Any ideas?
