[Quoted] I'm trying to see who is logged in to our database and was wanting to use the v$session table to do it but I have a question about how often does the STATUS column of that table get updated because it seems that it takes forever for this to update. It contains 'ACTIVE' or 'INACTIVE' it seems. It's very unreliable though. Does anyone know how I can see only users who are currently logged on to the database?

Thanks for any help at all.
