File Uploads via Web Forms

Hi,
I have the need to allow a user to select a local file ( on his PC ) via a
Developer6
form deployed on the web. Currently I call an html page which uses the
standard
FILE UPLOAD and a perl script to upload the selected file.
It would be much cleaner if this same functionality could be done via a form
with
a native file select dialog. The file needs to be uploaded to the
application ( or Web )
server.
Has anyone got a solution.
