PL/SQL Question?

I am developing an application in VC++. I have written wrapper classes for OCI and they are working fine. What I need know is an editor in my application such as SQL/Plus or SQL Worksheet where the user can type set commands and dbms_output. Does anyone have a clue on how to do this.
