May be exp use system call, that not support large file.

Try use exp with pipe.
For exmple:

mknod expdat.dmp p # Make named pipe
exp / full=yes file=expdat.dmp
log=/dumpbd/PRUEBAS.log & cat expdat.dmp > target_file
