Drivers to run Crystal Reports on Oracle 8

Crystal tech support tells us the following drivers must be used:

sqora32.dll vers 8.0.5
ociw32.dll vers 8.0.5

Also: Crystal recommended using Intersolv drivers; however, these are not compatible with our application (we must use Microsoft).

Problem:

Where can we find oci232.dll vers. 8.0.5?

It is not located on CD for Oracle client 8.0.5

or in

Oracle service pack 8.0.5

or on

Site: http://technet.oracle.com/ in these two files listed under Oracle ODBC 8 drivers:

1-Version 8.0.5.6.0 for OCI 8.0.5.0.0 & Net 8 Client 8.0.5.0.0
(ODBC Version 3.0)

or                                                            

2-Version 8.0.5.5 for OCI 8.0.5.0.0 & Net 8 Client 8.0.5.0.0
(ODBC Version 3.0).

Note: Oracle tech support said we could get the required driver from the same site, in file 'Version 2.5.3.1.0b for SQL *Net 2.3'; however, the server is currently down (and we aren't very confident that this will contain the 8.0.5 driver as the file is listed under 'Oracle 7 ODBC Drivers').

Current configurations:

Prior to testing Crystal report we

1-Enabled 'Verify on every print', and
2-Ran Crystal's 'Verify Database' to find that the database is up to date.

We have tested the following 3 configurations and consistently receive these error messages:

'ODBC error: [Microsoft][ODBC driver for Oracle][Oracle]ORA-00942: table or view does not exist'

Click [OK] button results in

'Error detected by database DLL.'

1)

sqora32.dll vers 8.0.4
ociw32.dll vers 8.0.4

(these drivers do not work with Crystal (our experience, as well as
Crystal's tech support advice; also, won't work with our application under Win98)

2)

sqora32.dll vers 8.0.5
ociw32.dll vers 8.0.4

(we aren't sure where 8.0.5 came from; the combination is not on the
Oracle 8 setup CD ROM)

3)

sqora32.dll vers 8.0.5
ociw32.dll vers 7.3.4

Tested after Crystal told us that 7.3.4 was same as 8.0.5

If any reader knows the source for ociw32.dll version 8.0.5 and instructions for installation, or has any thoughts or suggestions regarding this problem, please respond as soon as possible.
