For some reason the linker cannot find sqlcxt which is if I remember correctly, a function call ( You can confirm this by looking at the processed c file.
Check that all the paths in the oraxlc output are valid. I can't remember which Oracle dir should contain the precompiler libraries but $ORACLE_HOME/precomp or some such would be a good place to start.
Sorry I cannot be more specific but I don't currently have access to a machine with Pro*C installed.
