Oracle reports and multilingual data

Hello,
I'm using Oracle Reports 2.5. The output of my report is an HTML file which
displays
my data (multilingual). Although the data is in Unicode it does not appear to be
Unicode
when the HTML file is displayed. The
printer that I'm using is set to be
Postscript in the uiprint.txt file.
Could that be a problem having to do with the definition of the printer or something else?
