I've seen that one, and the Oracle one, and was disappointed by the CBT Systems one. Structure of course and tests is annoying (doesn't skip what you already know), and even found some statements were dead wrong.
The oracle one isn't perfect, but better

 
A special edition is included in Albert Lulushi book, published by
Prentice Hall
ISBN 0-13-949033-7 (my preferred Developer reference)
