Oracle 8i Lite installation problem

[Quoted] I have a little problem with Oracle 8i Lite (4.0). I installed it to my Win
98 PC and
when tryed to start sql*plus I got a following error.
TNS: could not resolve the service name (I think)
And said me. Listener not avaiable.
How can I configure the tnsnames.ora, sqlnet.ora, listener.ora ?
Who have got any idea ??
