Web app server corruption

I have Web app server 3.0.1 running on NT with all the service packs. Th application is runing on Oracle 8.0.44 on Unixware 7. When ever i make changes to the application , the web app server becomes corrupted and i have to reinstall it.
anyone have any ideas?
