Standard MessageBox in Reports

Hi All,
Is there a way to create (or use Windows native) a simple, standard MessageBox in Reports? One the doesn't say 'REP-00942: ORA-00942 Blah blah blah...'?
I just want to display a message to the user, or a debug message. The current format looks silly, and is hard to push on users.
