Drill down reports with WebDB

Having problems passing values when drilling down in WebDB reports. Specifically, passing multi-selected parameters used in highly summarized report (Directorate level personnel summary) need to be passed to Department level personnel summary.

Having problems passing values when drilling down in WebDB reports. Specifically, passing multi-selected parameters used in highly summarized report (Directorate level personnel summary) need to be passed to Department level personnel summary.
If one value is selected in the multi-select, the report runs. If more than one value is selected, the report fails:
ORA-01001: invalid cursor
Failed to bind - :date2 with 03-jul-99
ORA-01001: invalid cursor
Failed to bind - :zz81 with F
ORA-01001: invalid cursor
Failed to bind - :zz82 with I
ORA-01001: invalid cursor
Failed to bind - :zz83 with P
ORA-01001: invalid cursor
Cursor is not open
No row returned.
