Installing Designer 2.1.2

Hi there,

i have a problem instaling Designer 2.1.2. When i try to start the Oracle installer from cd-rom after a few seconds i get the followeing error message:

ORAINST verursachte einen Fehler durch eine ungültige Seite in Modul OIBKND32.DLL bei 014f:00beacd1. Register:
