form program hangs when inserting

Hi,
I get into a problem when I use the
when-checkbox-changed trigger to insert a row into a table. The Forms Runtime hangs right there without showing any message/errors. Does anyone know what is going on and how to get around it? Thanks in advance for any helpful ideas.
