Text justification in Forms45

If the alignment property is changed to Left, then justification is left and text is scrollable.

Changing the Text Item to a Display Item does not correct the Right justification problem.

I wish to obtain initial Right justfication and scrollability, but can not.

Has anyone else seen this behavior, and is there a solution?
