Intermedia Text and WebDB problem

I have a problem trying to create the Intermedia Text (aka Context) indexes for a WebDB site created with site builder.

If I try to do it from the Administration screen (using the create index button), I get a 3113, end of communication channel.

If I try to manually create one in SQL, I get the following errors:

create index url_index on wwv_things(url) *

I checked and my EXTPROC seems to be configured OK on the server, I can tnsping it.

Anyone encountered that problem before?
