Displaying files via a report in WebDB?

Hi,
I've a table called 'FILES' wich is filled with filenames (like 'K:\DOCS\INF\README.DOC'). Is it possible displaying this file via a report (by clicking on the report-column) ?
I'm trying to develop a small application to search/display files on our network.
