Where is the Enterprise Manager in Oracle 8i ?

Hello,
I worked with the Enterprise Manager and its usefull tools such as SQL worksheet, Schema Manager, etc... given with Oracle 8.0.5 Enterprise Edition.
I have installed Oracle 8i Enterprise Edition, but i have no Enterprise Manager, and no tools, just the little program SQL+ :(
Do someone know where the Enterprise Manager hides in 8i ?
