setting a poplist in Forms 6

New Forms developer...I have populated a poplist at runtime on one form. I want to set this poplist to display a specific list item at runtime depending on a parameter passed from another form.

New Forms developer...I have populated a poplist at runtime on one form. I want to set this poplist to display a specific list item at runtime depending on a parameter passed from another form.
For example: Form1 passes "99" to form2. I want to the poplist in form2 to diplay the item with value "99".
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
