Oracle Developer/2000 local connect

I've got the Oracle 8.0.3 database (multilang) running on windows 98. It's works fine with the SQLPlus 8.0.
Now I've got the demo of Oracle Developer/2000. I'm not able to connect to my local db. Please help!!
I'm able to add a new alias and test it in the Oracle Net8 Easy Config prog. - It's (the alias) is also working with SQLPlus 8.0 - but still I'm not able to connect to my db from ex. Oracle Form Builder (ver 5.0.5.4.0).
