reg.datatypes in oracle

I have a script in informix to create a table.In that they have used boolean as one
datatype.when i port to oracle which datatype I've to use in the case of boolean because after pressing
enter to create table it is giving error in that line as invalid datatype. So please anyone can provide me help.
