Form: Console Window & Hint property

I have a form with 3 windows: ROOT_WINDOW, WIN_A, WIN_B. The fields within WIN_A and WIN_B have text messages in the HINT property. At the form level, the property CONSOLE WINDOW is set to ROOT_WINDOW. The idea is for the text messages in the HINT property to appear at the bottom of the ROOT_WINDOW.

The problem, the text messages in the HINT property are display at the bottom of the screen instead of at the bottom of the ROOT_WINDOW.
