ORACLE 8i CONNECTION FAIL

Please healp me to connect my Power Builder 6.0 to ORACLE 8i SERVER......

This time I can not connect to the database because the TNS Names can't be found......

Please guide me step-by step in simply.....

I'm Newbies on ORAWORLD....
