problem of ORACEL7 ODBC driver installation

I downloaded "Oracle 32 bit ODBC driver" from Oracle web. I tried to install to client.
I cannot install and the error message is :

               Your current Oracle home D:\ORAWIN95 is an OCSM client installation

               managed by your system administrator. You may not install or remove

               products in this home.
In the client, there is developer 2.0 software and SQL*Net to connect to ORACEL7.3 database server. What's the problem and how to solve? Thank you. Received on Thu Jun 24 1999 - 03:30:34 CEST
