Debugging Reports 2.5 Modules

Has anyone used the PL/SQL Interpreter in Reports 2.5 (VMS version)
When I open the Interpreter and then select the program unit I understand that the program unit should automatically display in the interpreter source pane ready to add break points.
But nothing is displayed. Anyone got this to work on VMS?
